William M. Hoynes, 63, Marshfield, died on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at House of the Dove, Marshfield, where he was admitted the day before. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at St. John's Catholic Church, Marshfield, where the visitation will be from 1:30 pm until service time. Rev. Samuel Martin will officiate and burial will take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Marshfield. William was born on September 28, 1952 in Chicago to William R. and Julia (Toth) Hoynes. He had been employed at the American Legion Post in the Chicago area and in 1993 moved to Marshfield. Here he had been employed as manager at Festival Foods liquor department and at St. Joseph's Hospital. He enjoyed his computer and watching the Chicago White Sox and Cubs baseball. Bill is survived by his sister, Patricia "Trish" Hoynes of Marshfield. He was predeceased by his parents. Condolences may be sent online to www.rembsfh.com
