On Saturday, December 6, 2025, Wendy L. Gill, 68, Dexterville, was called to be with our Father in Heaven, passing away peacefully at her home.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at Galilee Lutheran Church, N24W26430 Crestview Drive, Pewaukee, with visitation from 10:00 am until the time of service.

Wendy was born on January 11, 1957 in Waukesha to Ernest Sr. and Patricia (Staal) Zillmer. She graduated from Pewaukee High School in 1975 and received her CNA license from WCTC. She was united in marriage to Nicholas Gill on September 12, 1981 at Galilee Lutheran Church in Pewaukee.

Wendy was loved by her husband, children, family, and friends. She liked being social and enjoyed adventures of any kind. She enjoyed the outdoors and everything that came with it. Road trips, camping, hiking, and sitting by the fire pit. She was a lover of music, thrifting, the occasional stop at the casino. She loved cooking for people, and she always made sure everyone was fed, happy and never went home empty-handed. Her smile, sense of humor and laughter was contagious to all who met her. She will be greatly missed but her memories will live on with all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Nicholas, children, Michael Gill of Grafton, Jonathan Gill of Milwaukee, Kathryn Gill of Marshfield, and Cyprus Gill of Green Bay.

She is further survived by her brother Ernest Zillmer Jr. of Waukesha and sister, Cindy Chilson of Merton.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia and nephew, Brian Zillmer.
