Wanda (Woo Woo) J. Trader, age 66, of Arpin, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 24, 2024, at the Marshfield Medical Center, with her family by her side.
A Celebration of Wanda's life will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at Buchanan/Rembs Funeral Home, Pittsville, Wisconsin. Visitation for family and friends will take place from 11:00am until the time of service. Officiating will be Chaplain Virgil Voight. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Hondo Dammann, Jason Aga, Jordy Parker, Wade Kieffer, Joshua Krueger & Wesley Oleson Jr. Honorary Pallbearer Garrett Kieffer.
Wanda was born in Iowa, on August 23, 1957, to the parents of Darell M. Dammann and Bert G. Westra. She found her true calling early in life and dedicated over 34 years to her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she was known for her compassion and dedication to helping others. Wanda had a heart of gold, loved everyone and everything.
Wanda was an amazingly strong women, she climbed many mountains due to multiple health issue. This mountain was just out of her reach. Wanda's love for her work and the joy she found in caring for people were evident to all who knew her. Her commitment to her profession and the comfort she provided to her patients left a lasting impact on many lives. Wanda will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her legacy of kindness and service will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Desirae. Two brothers Cole (Sheila) Dammann & Clyde Dammann. Two Sisters Crystal Dammann & Laura (Leroy) Kieffer. Nephews Hondo (Ellen) Dammann, Shane (Kim) Dammann, Brandon (Kimberli) Dammann, Wade Kieffer, Garrett Kieffer, Frank (Alison) Doleshal & Curt Doleshal. Nieces Heidi (DerricK) Zenner, Amber (Jason) Aga, Shalee (Jordy) Parker, Nicole (Joe) Haebig, Angela (Joshua) Krueger & Brittni (Derek) Phillippi. Also 30 great nieces and nephews and five amazing friends Deb Weiler, Pat Missar, Mae Scott, Gail Ackerman, & Cindy Scheunemann. Wanda also leaves behind many other dear friends who will miss her greatly.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Reva, her husband Phillip. Her Parents Darell & Bert, grandparents Peter & Sue Westra, Clarence & Carrie Dammann. In-laws Clem & Rose Trader.
