Virginia M. Ott, 88, Marshfield, died on Monday, February 16, 2015 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, Febraury 21, 2015 at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, Rozellville, with Rev. John Robert Alphonse officiating. Burial will take place in Hillside Cemetery, Marshfield. The visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday at Rembs Funeral Home and from 9:00 am until service time on Saturday at St. Andrew's Church. Virginia was born on November 21, 1926 in the Town of Green Valley, Marathon County, to Otto and Mary (Hamus) Budtke. She was united in marriage to Anton A. Ott on October 2, 1945 at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, Rozellville. He died on April 17, 1994. Virginia and her husband had farmed in the Town of Green Valley. She was a lifelong member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening and playing cards, especially sheepshead. She is survived by her son, Lloyd (Kathy) Ott of Amherst Junction, and 2 granddaughters, Jennifer (Kason) Klumpyan and Melanie (Dana) Kalina. She is also survived by her sister, Josephine Mannigel of Marshfield. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Tony, and sisters, Helen Ress, Etola Syring and brothers, Art and Jerome Budtke.
