Vicky Lynn Mason, 37, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family, on Monday, September 11, 2017, after battling cancer for 8 years. Vicky Lynn was born on January 8, 1980 to Teresa (Dummer Mason) Begolke and Eugene Begolke Jr. Vicky had one daughter, Parress M. Mason, one sister, Lessa M. Mason, 2 nieces, Autumn M. Schumer and Mariah R. Schumer, one nephew, Adam J. Schumer and one great niece, Madisyn E. Noltner-Schumer. Vicky was surrounded by love and friendship, a few of which were Nick Cates, Jill Chatman and Heather Whipple. Vicky had a heart of gold when it came to helping others out. She was involved in a cancer support group, Walking Warriors. She thoroughly enjoyed participating in the Relay for Life. Vicky also had a huge involvement in McNeel Intermediate School as a cook and as a member of PTO. After her journey unfolded she moved up north with her parents where she passed time working at Baum's Mercantile and baking which was one of her favorite pastimes. There will be a celebration of life at Leeson Park in Beloit, WI on September 23, 2017 from 12:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
