Thomas R. Klawikowski, 97, Junction City, died on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Wellington Place Assisted Living, Stevens Point.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Junction City, with Rev. Lyle Schulte officiating. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery. The visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:00 am until service time at St. Michael's Catholic Church. Martens / Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Thomas was born on October 5, 1918 in Portage County, Wisconsin to Joseph and Helen (Ciechowski) Klawikowski. He married Regina Nicklewicz Lehman on June 1, 1963 at St. Bartholomew's Catholic Church in Mill Creek. She died on February 4, 2015.
Tom had been a dairy farmer his entire life. He also assisted other farmers with threshing, filling silos and sawing wood. He enjoyed playing cards and shaking dice.
He is survived by a stepdaughter, Bernice Kuklinski, stepsons, Louis (Frances) Lehman and Henry (Betty) Lehman, a stepdaughter-in-law, Patricia Lehman and a stepson-in-law, James Wayerski. He is also survived by 25 step grandchildren, 56 step great grandchildren and 25 step great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Regina, a stepdaughter, Regina Lehman Wayerski, a stepson, Ben Lehman, a stepson-in-law, Richard Kuklinski, a step daughter-in-law, Ramona Sigmand Lehman and 8 half brothers, Barney, Edward, August, William, Joseph, John, Michael, and James Klawikowski.
