Susan K. Swenson, 64 of Boyceville, died unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, March 1, 2015. Memorial service will be at 11am Thursday, March 5, 2015 at the Rembs Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Lesher officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Nekoosa, WI at a later date. Family and friends may gather from 9am until time of services on Thursday at the Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield. Susan was born on October 8, 1950 in Wisconsin Rapids to Clifford and Margaret (Fuller) Johnson. She was a 1968 graduate of Marshfield High School. After graduation, she lived in Lake Geneva and Williams Bay where she married Ted Casper and had a son Theo Casper. Then married to Ralph Peterson and returned to Marshfield where she met Bill Swenson. On May 15, 2001, Bill and Susan married. Bill and Susan resided in Boyceville, WI. Retiring in October 2014, she and Bill looked forward to RV traveling and had recently returned from their month long maiden voyage trip to Florida. She loved karaoke with her brothers, spending time at the cabin and pontooning on Grindstone Lake. She is survived by her husband Billy, children Theo (Adrienne) Casper of Madison and stepson Matt (Julie) Swenson of Boyceville; her mother Margaret M. Prust of Marshfield, 2 brothers, Dan (Carol) Johnson of Winter and Randy (Brigitte) Johnson of Hayward, 3 step brothers, Greg, Jeff and Dave Prust all of Marshfield; 5 sisters, Cathryn (Stuart) Christenson of Las Vegas, NV, Judie (David) Kalpinski of Stevens Point, Julie (Larry) Kreighbaum of Burlington, Lynette Kohl of Granton and Lisa Johnson of Marshfield; 3 step sisters, Debra (Verlyn) Rasmussen of Marshfield, Marilyn Smetak of Marshfield and Gina Bucki of Medford.
