Susan M. Baer, 57 of Little Chute died peacefully on Monday, April 27, 2015 at Cherry Meadows Hospice in Appleton.
Services will be 11am Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield.
Family will receive relatives and friends from 10am Thursday until service time at Rembs Funeral Home.
Susan was born in Marshfield on December 18, 1957 to Frank and Marge (Schwickrath) Rakovec. She was a 1976 graduate of Loyal High School.
She was united in marriage to Larry Adams on May 7, 1983 in Stratford and later divorced. She then married John J. Baer on October 4, 2008 in Marshfield.
Susan worked as a waitress in Marshfield for 14 years at the Marshfield Family Restaurant. She enjoyed fishing, board games with her family and grandkids as they were the light of her life. She was the most loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother who was the most open hearted and caring women in the world. She had the most beautiful eyes in the world.
Susan is survived by her husband John of Little Chute, children, Erika (Brandon) Ferron of Luxemburg , Jacob (Amber) Adams of Neenah, Cody Adams of Appleton, Travis (Alyssa) Adams of Marshfield, Steve (Katie) Baer, Barbara Burk and Katherine (Chris) Perry all of Louisville, KY; 10 grandchildren, Angela Ferron, Brooklyn Adams, Raelyn Adams, Krista and Jessicca Burk, Trinity Childress, Megan, Ellen, Joe and Mary Baer. She is further survived by three brothers, Al (Darlene) Rakovec of Loyal, Jim (Deb) Rakovec of Marshfield, Dave (Aleta) Rakovec of Neillsville, three sisters, Deb Rakovec of Seattle, WA, Sandy (Donnie) Mengel of Stratford and Kathy Jensen of Neillsville and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Judy Mohr.
