Sarah A. Miller, 81, Wisconsin Rapids, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield. Burial will take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Wednesday from 12:00 pm until service time at Rembs Funeral Home. Sarah was born on June 18, 1934 in Colby, Wisconsin, to Walter and Ann (Gleischner) Schneider. She attended St. Mary's Parochial School in Colby and was a 1952 graduate of Colby High School. She married Willis Wisneski and they later divorced. In 1978 she married Robert L. Miller and he passed away in 2001. Sarah was a health care worker for 39 years. She was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Wisconsin Rapids. She had been a hospice volunteer and made memory bears for hospice. She also volunteered at the Lowell Center, Wisconsin Rapids and was a member of the Red Hats Society. Sarah is survived by her children, Patrick Wisneski and Maryann (Steve) Schiferl, all of Marshfield and a grandson, Nicholas Wisneski. She is also survived by a sister, Arla Mae Bonger of Cloverdale, CA and a sister-in-law, Roberta Schneider of Onalaska and many nices and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, 2 brothers and a beloved daughter-in-law, Delores (Strupp) Wisneski.
