Sara A. Johnson, 29, of Blenker died on Friday, July 18, 2014 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. Sara was born on August 29, 1984 in Milwaukee to Mark and Linda (Frank) Schmid. She was a 2001 graduate of Stevens Point Area High School and also from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Social Services. Sara was united in marriage to Chad R. Johnson on February 3, 2004 in Stevens Point. Sara was a student of social science and psychology and helped many people in her work with the developmentally disabled and the mentally ill. She was also very creative and produced many beautiful works of art. Sara was devoted to her husband and two year old daughter, Vera. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend. Sara will be missed by many. She is survived by her husband Chad, daughter Vera May Johnson, parents Mark and Linda (Frank) Schmid of Milladore and her sister Samantha L. Schmid of Milladore.
