Sandra "Sandy" Lynn Specht, 68, of Stratford WI passed away on July 7, 2024 at Marshfield Medical Center. A service will be held at 11:00 on Saturday, July 13 at Sauter/Rembs Funeral Home in Stratford, WI with Fr. Sen officiating. Visitation will take place there from 9:00 until the time of service.

Sandy was born on June 2, 1956 in Wausau, WI to Marshall and Janet (Delikowski) Blaskowski. She was a 1974 graduate of DC Everest High School.

She was united in marriage to James Peter Specht on September 21, 1991 on Mackinac Island, MI. She formerly worked at Weyerhauser, Marshfield Vet Clinic, and Marshfield Clinic from which she retired in 2020. She also did bookkeeping for the St Joseph Parish for several years. Sandy was a wonderful wife and mother who enjoyed time with family and friends, gardening, raising chickens and several pets, and road-tripping around Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula.

Sandy is survived by her husband James Specht and daughter Erin Specht (Stratford), brother Curtis Blaskowski and niece Alana Blaskowski (Kyle, TX), and sister Jill Blaskowski (Schofield, WI). She was preceded in death by parents Marshall and Janet Blaskowski.
