Sandra K. Bushman, 66, Marshfield, died on Sunday, July 1, 2012, surrounded by her family in the emergency room of Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, after a courageous battle with cancer. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, July 6, 2012 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Marshfield. Rev. Sebastian Venni will officiate and music will be provided by Sacred Heart Church Funeral Choir. Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers and burial will take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Rembs Funeral Home and on Friday from 9:00 am until service time at Sacred Heart Church. A Sacred Heart Parish Council of Catholic Women rosary service will be held on Thursday at 4:00 pm at the funeral Home. SanDee was born on May 6, 1946 in Marshfield, the daughter of Arthur and Anita (Bell) Schirpke. She attended Sacred Heart Parochial School and was a 1965 graduate of Columbus High School. She married Richard J. Bushman on May 7, 1966 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. SanDee was a homemaker and bookkeeper for the family business. She also was a full time chauffeur for her grandchildren who she loved more than anything. She enjoyed reading, playing cribbage, spending time at the lake in Holcombe and having coffee in the morning with her friends. Before her illness she enjoyed bowling, golfing and singing with Shelly and the Grandma's. She is survived by her husband, Dick and their three children, Tim (Tina) Bushman of Stratford and their children, Ciara, Savannah, Sabrina and Ashton; Tamie (Rick) Roehl of Marshfield and their children, Riley, Rachel and Hailey; and Tracy (Kevin) Boyer of Hewitt and their children, Will and Emily. She is also survived by a sister, Nancy (Wayne) Hanson of Tuscon, AZ and by many nieces, nephews and in-laws. She was predeceased by her parents, a brother-in-law, Bill Bushman, a son in infancy and a niece, JoLynne Kopf. The family will designate a memorial in SanDee's name at a later date.
