Salil "Sal" Sinha, 41, Marshfield, died on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 in Denver, Colorado, the result of an airplane crash. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, Marshfield, with Rev. Donald Meuret officiating. The visitation will be held Friday from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Rembs Funeral Home and on Saturday from 10:00 am until service time at Our Lady of Peace Church. Denver, Colorado residents are holding a memorial service in Denver on Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Sal was born on November 8, 1969 in Bombay, India, the son of Commador Santosh and Lalita Sinha. He received his bachelors degree in economics in India and attended flight school in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He had been a pilot for twenty three years and owned and operated All American Aerials and Jewel Aviation in Marshfield. He married Melissa J. Kreft on July 29, 2006 in Marathon City. He was an amazing father and husband and the greatest man she had ever known. Words could not describe the impact he made on everyone he ever met. He will always be loved and live on forever through his children and memories. He dedicated his life to the safety and happiness of his family. He was greatly admired by his entire family and friends. He enjoyed sailing and was a member of a yacht club in India. One of his hobbies was cooking and he was a chef extrordinaire. He is survived by his wife, Melissa and a son, Vickram, age 3, and a daughter, Vaishali, age 7 months. He is also survived by his mother, Lalita Sinha of Mumbai, India (formerly Bombay), his sister Sonali (Ranvir) Shekhawat and their son Arjun; his father and mother-in-law, Glen and Florence Kreft of Marathon City, and two brothers-in-law, Paul Kreft and his daughter, Priscilla; and Dustin Kreft. He is further survived by special friends that he thought of as his brothers, Dr. Brian Parker, Chris Seubert, David Falkosky, and Jai Shekhawat. He was predeceased by his father.
