Ruth F. Richardson, 81, Milladore, died on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, August 31, 2012 at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Milladore. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery and grandchildren and a Godchild will serve as pallbearers. The visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Martens / Rembs Funeral Home, Junction City and on Friday from 9:30 am until service time at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church. A parish rosary service will be held on Thursday at 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Ruth was born on October 10, 1930 in Milladore, the daughter of Alvin and Josephine (Koller) Seefeldt and was a 1948 graduate of Auburndale High School. She and William D. Richardson, Jr. were united in marriage in 1949. He died on November 14, 1990. A parish rosary service will be held on Thursday at 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Ruth began farming with her husband in 1957. After his death she continued to farm. She enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking, and playing cards and bingo with her friends. Also spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. For the past 7 months she had resided in Marshfield with her daughter, Lynn. She is survived by 3 sons and 3 daughters, Sharon O'Brien of Racine, Dale (Christine) Richardson of Junction City, Bonnie (Jim) Hampton of Stevens Point, Terry (Rhonda) Richardson , Kenneth (Lori) Richardson, all of Milladore, and Lynn (Lance) Williams of Marshfield. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. She is further survived by 3 sisters and a brother, Charlotte (Wayland) Peterson of Amherst, Doris Wirth of Milwaukee, Mary Ann Olson of Milwaukee, and Raymond (Elaine) Seefeldt of Arpin. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, a son-in-law, Robert O'Brien and 3 brothers, Bernard, Orville, Alvin, Jr. "Buddy" Seefeldt, a sister, Florence Murphy and a brother-in-law, Jerome Wirth.
