Ruth L. Klumb, 89 of Arpin died on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. Funeral services will be 11am Saturday, September 20th at St. John's Lutheran Church in Pittsville with Pastor Gary Markworth officiating. Burial will be in the Mound Cemetery, Pittsville. Visitations will be 10am Saturday until time of services at St. John's Lutheran Church. Ruth was born on March 9, 1925 in Marshfield to Peter and Ella (Schwandt) Klumb and attended Dairy Belt School in the town of Richfield. She was a nanny for various families in the Arpin area. Ruth enjoyed sewing, embroidering and her floral gardens. She is survived by her sister Verna Pankratz of Stevens Point and her brother-in-law Glenn Christiansen of Marshfield. Ruth is further survived by six nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Herman Klumb and a sister Florence Christiansen.
