Ruth A. Andres, 79, Marshfield, died peacefully with family by her side on Monday, April 8, 2013 at her home under the care of Ministry Home Hospice. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with Rev. James Logan officiating. Burial will take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Thursday from 9:30 am until service time at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family. Ruth was born on February 28, 1934 in Stratford, to Harry and Monica (Heaman) Weber and was a 1951 graduate of Stratford High School. She was united in marriage to James A. Andres on October 17, 1953 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Stratford. He died on June 25, 2011. Before and for a time after her marriage Ruth was employed as a sales clerk at Levelles Drug Store. She then was a homemaker and a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She is lovingly survived by 3 daughters, Jill Waldron of Edgar, Jackie (Raymond) Burrill of Marshfield, and Jodie (Steve) Krah of Rice Lake. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Jaime (Lori) Waldron, Jesse (fiancee, Beth Ellingson) and Jory Waldron, Sam and Sawyer Krah, Molly Eiden and Emma and Benjamin Burrill and 3 great grandchildren, Preston Burrill, and Ethan and Jade Waldron. She is further survived by 2 sisters, Arlene Swenson of Marshfield, and Florence (Maynard) Waldner of Eureka, Montana. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son-in-law, John A. Waldron, and sisters, Annabelle Grassman and Harriet Rhoades. The family will designate a memorial in Ruth's name at a later date.
