Rosie was born in Marshfield on April 30, 1954, to Bill and Myrtle (Tremmel) Weis. She graduated from Stratford High School in 1974. Following her graduation, she met the love of her life Bob and they married on September 13, 1975 at St. Joe's Catholic Church, Stratford. They resided in Arpin for most of their forty-nine year marriage.

She pursued her passion for nursing by earning her degree from Mid-State Technical College and was known for her dedication and skill in the profession. She was a registered nurse retiring from 8N after twenty years.

Rosie was an avid camper and enjoyed crafting, crocheting, sewing, and making alterations. She loved gardening, scrapbooking, and especially treasured her time with her family. Everything in her life revolved around her family, especially during the holidays. Rosie found joy in decorating, showcasing her extensive Santa collection, and making Christmas cookies and candy with her family. Her sharp sense of humor, contagious laughter, and strong will touched everyone who knew her.

Rosie is survived by the love of her life, Bob. Her children: Erica (Noah) Raab of Auburndale, Tori (Corey) Lobner of Auburndale, and Derek (Ashley) Carlson of Neillsville. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Rylee Raab, Ayden Raab, Bryan Gehrke, Kennedy Gehrke, Keegen Carlson, and step-grandchildren Sydney Lobner, Greyson Lobner, Hunter Waltemate, Brooklin Schoen, Niah Schoen, Keltie Schoen, and Reegan Schoen. She cherished her great-grandchild, Nayvie Leigh Waltemate.

Rosie is further survived by her siblings: Dennis (Yvonnie) Weis, Tim (Judy) Weis, Ruthie (Jim) Odau, and Mary Ann (Karl) Wingert. She was preceded in death by her parents, several siblings, and her granddaughter, Allie Lou Rosemary Carlson.

The family extends a special thank you to the nurses and doctors in the critical care unit at Marshfield Medical Center for their compassionate care during Rosie's stay.

Rosie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
