Ronald J. Beranek, 46, Wisconsin Rapids, died unexpectedly on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Martens / Rembs Funeral Home, Junction City, with Rev. John Ofori-Domah officiating. A Celebration of Life following the service will take place at Club 10, Stevens Point. The visitation will be held from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Monday and from 10:00 am until service time, all at Martens / Rembs Funeral Home, Junction City. Ronald was born on January 10, 1969 in Wisconsin Rapids, the son of Laddimere and Rose (Meyer) Beranek. He married Rebecca L. Czaikowski on August 13, 2011. Ron was employed as a welder at Woods Equipment in Mosinee until the present time. His passions were hunting, fishing and softball. He is survived by his wife, Becky and children, Jennifer (Mike) Pierce of Almond, Jolene (Tony) Lepak of Stevens Point, Tanner Ingli and Taylor Ingli, of Elsworth and Hunter Janiszewski of Almond and stepchildren, Caleb (Amanda) Herrin of Saukville, and Samantha Herrin and Tyler Herrin of Wisconsin Rapids and 6 grandchildren and another expected this week. He is also survived by his parents, Laddie and Rose Beranek of Junction City and his siblings, his twin brother, Donald (Michelle) Beranek and Gary Beranek, all of Junction City, Richard Beranek of Oshkosh and Carolyn (Vince) Dalton and Patricia Lewis, all of Wisconsin Rapids, Laurie (Thomas) Weiland of Stevens Point and Sue Hanson of Junction City. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by a brother, Robert and his grandparents, John and Mary Beranek and Wilmer and Adeline Bender.
