Roger F. Pierson Jr., 60, Milladore, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at Marshfield Medical Center, Marshfield.

A private service will be held at Martens/Rembs Funeral Home, Junction City and burial will take place at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery, Milladore.

Roger was born on May 6, 1965 in Marshfield to Roger Sr. and Jeanette (Krummel) Pierson. He graduated from SPASH in 1983.

Roger was a member of the Union Laborer’s Local #268. He worked in construction for 35 years at Barbarossa, A-1 Excavating, Integrity Grading & Excavating.

Roger enjoyed hunting, gardening, and fishing.

He is survived by his parents, Roger and Jeanette, sister, Geri Pierson, brother, Joseph (Misty) Pierson, niece, Melissa Pierson, and nephews, Kevin (Hannah) Mancl, Nicholas Mancl, Derek Mancl, Bryan Pierson, Joe Pierson Jr., and Matthew Pierson.

He was preceded in death by his infant brother, Michael Allen, grandparents, Joseph and Veronica Krummel and Edwin and Ida Mae Pierson, and fur buddies, Keiya and Maddie.
