Robert B. Mitchell, D.O. 73 of Hazelhurst, WI died on Monday, October 29, 2012 at the Ministry St. Joseph's hospital in Marshfield, WI. Dr. Mitchell was born on March 23, 1939 to Roy and Lois (Plapp) Mitchell. He was united in marriage to Theresa L. Stuart in 1961. Graduate of Chicago College of Osteopathy on June 1968 to practice as a Physician and Surgeon. He and his wife Theresa and dog Bear lived in Hazelhurst where he was an emergency room physician in the surrounding areas. He is loving survived by his wife Theresa, children Jeffrey Mitchell of Miami, FL and Wendy (Wes) Heard of Phoenix AZ, granddaughter Sheridan Heard and a brother Keith of Freeport, IL. He was a lovingly husband, wonderful father, inspirational man liked by all, a man who did so much for others and asked nothing in return, an avid flyer and member of the Quiet Birdmen.
