Robert J. Martinovich, 63 of Babcock died peacefully on Friday, September 25, 2015 at his home. Funeral services will be 11am Tuesday, September 29th at St. John's Lutheran Church in Pittsville with Rev. Donn Radde officiating. Burial will be in the Babcock Cemetery. Visitations will be Monday at the church from 4-8pm and again on Tuesday at the church from 10am until service time. Bob was born on March 12, 1952 in Marshfield to Peter and Marjorie (Cooley) Martinovich. He was a 1970 graduate of Pittsville High School. He was united to Babbejoe Davidson and later to Lori Heuer from which he was divorced from. Bob worked for Pittsville Home and later for his father whom he purchased Martinovich Trucking from. He is survived by his two sons, Adam (Gina) Martinovich and their son Sawyer James of Pittsville and Dillon Martinovich of Wausau; three sisters Diane Martinovich, Mary (Roger) Kniprath and June Martinovich; three brothers, Lee (Patti) Martinovich, Dale Martinovich, and Marc (Evie) Martinovich. He is further survived by his friend Lorrie Navarro, sister-in-law Deljean Martinovich and a brother-in-law Russell Novcaski. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Alice Novcaski and a brother Peter Jr. Buchanan/Rembs Funeral Home in Pittsville is assisting the family.
