Richard E. Hardinger, 66, Marshfield, died on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, with his wife and family by his side. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Rembs Funeral Home, with Rev. Samuel Martin officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends from 1:30 pm on Thursday until service time at Rembs Funeral Home. Richard was born on January 16, 1950 in Marshfield, to George and Adeline (Lube) Hardinger. He married Pamela J. Sheda on August 31, 2003 at Christ Lutheran Church, Marshfield. Dick enjoyed spending time with his family and helping to raise 3 of his grandchildren. He also enjoyed being outdoors and was always willing to help anyone in need. He is survived by his wife, Pam and 7 stepchildren, Jason (Cindy) Gerdes, Jennifer (Doug) Terry, Justin (Lori) Gerdes, Jerry (Jody) Gerdes, Leslie (Angela) Gerdes, Jonathon (Nikita) Gerdes, and Corena (Brian) Juech. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and brothers, Kenneth (Barb) Hardinger, Allen Hardinger, and Thom (Char) Hardinger and sisters, Sherry Hardinger and Mary Lou (Marc) Weichelt, and a brother-in-law, Allen Mondloch and many nieces and nephews.
