Obituary
Phyllis A. Smazal, 59 of Spencer died on Friday, August 29, 2014 at the House of The Dove in Marshfield.
No funeral service or visitations will be held.
Phyllis will be burial at West Spencer Cemetery in Spencer by her parents.
Phyllis was born on December 5, 1954 in Wisconsin Rapids to Charles and Rosetta (Hamus) Smazal, Jr.
Phyllis helped operate the home farm and worked for her neighbors farm for over 27 years.
She is survived by one sister Elaine Smazal, two brothers, Dennis Smazal and Philip Smazal all of Spencer.
She was preceded in death by her parents .
