Peter H. "Pete" Martin, 67, Marshfield, died on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at his home in the Town of McMillan. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, October 5, 2012 at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield with Rev. Samuel Martin officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday from 9:00 am until service time at Rembs Funeral Home. Pete was born on March 29, 1945 in Marshfield, the son of Herbert and Marcella (Weigel) Martin and attended Marshfield schools. He served in the National Guard. He married Patricia Peters on October 11, 1969 and they later divorced. Pete owned and operated his own trucking business. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by 2 daughters, Paula Martin of Verona and Lisa Martin of Edgerton. He is also survived by 2 brothers and 5 sisters, Richard (Helen) Martin of Marshfield, John (Rachel) Martin of Merrill, Carol (Jim) Bauer of Arpin, Bea Martin of Marshfield, Sharon (Jim) Nagel of Auburndale, Bev (John) Kirschbaum of Stratford and Mary Cutts of Marshfield. He is further survived by 5 sisters-in-law, Delores Martin, Joyce Martin, Alisa Martin, Margaret Martin, and Joyce Martin and numerous nieces and nephews.
