Paul R. Ertz, 50 of Eau Claire died on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire. Private services will be held by the family. Paul was born on February 11, 1963 in Minneapolis, MN to Robert and Shirley (Bell) Ertz. He was united in marriage to Terri Morrow on July 14, 1990 in Sun Prairie, WI and later separated. Paul was a hard man, crazy yet incredibly loving, always with his own opinions of life and highly intelligent. He was always striving to make others see life his way. He was a very caring and loving father to his children. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He definitely left his mark upon all of our life's. Paul is survived by his children Alex, Nicholas, Zoe, Vivian and Katie Ertz all of Eau Claire and his mother Shirley Ertz of Marshfield. He is further survived by his siblings, Theresa Miller of Marshfield, Lisa Schubert of Spencer, Ben Ertz of Eau Claire, Joe Ertz of Unity, Brian Ertz of Columbus, Darrell Ertz of Chili, Kenneth Ertz of Loyal, Pat Ertz of Milwaukee and hi s wife Terri Ertz of Eau Claire.
