Obituary

Patricia L. Rogers, 82, of Marshfield passed away Sunday, July 5, 2026 at Northshore-Marshfield Health Services in the presence of her sons.

A Funeral will be held at 11:00am on Monday, July 13th at the Rembs Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery next to her daughter Sheila. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family for a time of visitation from 9am until time of service at the funeral home.

Patricia was born August 5, 1943 in Rockford, Illinois to Rudolph and Esther (Salmon) Bomback. She was a hardworking woman whose strength and determination were evident throughout her life. Never one to let obstacles stand in her way, she walked wherever she needed to go, never having a driver's license. She dedicated more than 18 years to Chips Diner, where her strong work ethic and friendly nature were appreciated by coworkers and customers alike. At home, she found joy tending to her garden, taking pride in the flowers and plants she lovingly cared for. Above all, she was a devoted mother and grandmother who cherished her family, always offering her love, support, and unwavering care.

Patricia is lovingly survived by her sons Craig, Kenneth, and Edwin (MarLonna Petruska) Rogers. She is further survived by grandchildren: Eric & James Rogers, Nadine Cottingham, Ashley Rose Klaver, Precious Stashek, Destinie (Erick) Laspa, Michael (Samantha) Rogers, Angela (Travis) Wilkinson, and Shaine Rogers; and her siblings: Judy Rogers and Roger Bomback.

She was preceded in death by her parents in 1977, her daughter Sheila at the age of 6 in 1972, and her brother Thomas Bomback in 2019.
