Olive I. Sheets, age 95, Marshfield, passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2024, at Marshfield Medical Center.

Olive was born on April 5, 1929, in Dorchester, the daughter of Oliver and Elna (Lorenz) Stettler.

She was united in marriage to Neil A. Sheets on June 7, 1952, in Dorchester, Wisconsin. He died on February 8, 2001.

Olive had been employed for many years at JC Penny department store in Marshfield until her retirement. She was an active member at Christ Lutheran Church and volunteered at St. Joseph's Hospital for 24 years. She enjoyed activities with friends in the group "Seniors on the Move."

She is survived by her children, Steven Sheets of Cumming, GA, Lori (James) Kell of Melbourne, FL, Stacey (Dale) Cain of Lacey, WA, and Kenon (Susan) Sheets of Houston, TX. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a sister, Lois Rothwell.

Per Olive's request there will be no service. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Marshfield.
