Norris Timothy Lipe, 63, Pittsville, WI, passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021 at his home. Norris was born on December 3, 1957 in Granite City, IL, to Norris B. and Betty Jean (Mifflin) Lipe. He attended Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, IL. He had been employed for United Parcel Service. From an early age Tim fell in love with the theatre and stage production. He was cast in many roles in both Summer Stage in his hometown of Granite City, IL and SIUE Theatre productions at Durham Hall in Edwardsville, IL. He is survived by his sisters, Deborah (Michael) Elledge of Skipperville, AL and Linda (Daniel) Hughes of Murphysboro, IL. He is further survived by two nephews, Darin (Candelynne) Brown of Cleburne, TX and Adam Hughes of Murphysboro, IL, four nieces, Stacey (Joshua) Klitzka, of Plover, WI, Penny Boone, of Murphysboro, IL, Wendy Hughes, of Murphysboro, IL, Sandy Boone, of Zigler, IL, two great nephews, three great nieces, one great great niece and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister in infancy.
