Norine A. Neckar, 67, Chili, was called home to the Lord on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Marshfield Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Cornerstone Community Church, Marshfield, with Reverend Andy Kvernen officiating. Rembs Funeral is assisting the family. Norine was born on July 10, 1952 in Milwaukee to George and Marian (Coenen) Sachs. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Neckar on October 2, 1971 at St. Aloysius Church in West Allis. She worked as a nurse's aid at Villa Clement Nursing Home for a number of years. Norine was very passionate about crafting. She also enjoyed reading, gardening, camping, and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, 2 daughters, Tina (Jeff) Cartwright, Kimberly (Andy) Orlowski, her cat, Kitty Kitty, grandpig, Tatertot, granddog, Ginger, and grandcat, Frankie. She is also survived by her 2 brothers, Vincent (Lori) and James (Roni), 2 sisters, Dona (Clarence) Schuette and Mary (Mike) Fellin, and 2 sisters-in-law, Rochel and Karen. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Gregory and Tom Sachs.
