Misty Southern passed away July 26, 2023

She was a lifelong resident of the Marshfield area. She married Jerry Southern on September 30, 2001. It was a beautiful fall day when they exchanged vows on a Chain O'Lakes boat cruise in Waupaca.

She loved all animals especially her dogs and cats. She also enjoyed gardening. In the spring she always bought more plants than what she needed. Somehow she always made room for them even if that meant adding a new flowerbed.

Her greatest love was her grandchildren. She loved them all and cherished their time together.

Misty is survived by her husband Jerry and her children Sally (Jim) McHugh, Jeff (Mary) Gotz, Greg (Cindy) Gotz. She is Also survived by four grandchildren, Jasmine (Andrew) McHugh, Dylan McHugh, Alex Gotz, and Caitlin Gotz.

The family wishes to extend special thanks to the Marshfield Fire Department and to the CCU at Marshfield Medical Center.

It was Misty's wishes to have no services.
