Mary Ann Scholl, 84, Marshfield, died unexpectedly on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at her home in the Town of Richfield.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at St. John's Catholic Church, Marshfield, with Rev. Samuel Martin officiating. Burial will take place in Brooklawn Memory Gardens Cemetery, Town of Richfield. The visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 7:30 pm on Tuesday at Rembs Funeral Home and from 9:30 am until service time at St. John's Catholic Church. A St. John's Parish Council of Catholic Women rosary service will be held at 4:30 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mary Ann was born on July 26, 1932 in Marshfield, to Roman and Myrtle (LaMere) Domine and was a graduate of Marshfield Senior High School. She also graduated from real estate school and graduated from Arizona State University. She was united in marriage to Robert F. Scholl on September 26, 1950 at St. John's Catholic Church, Marshfield. He died on January 1, 2004.
As a young lady, Mary Ann was employed at LaMere Photography. She then worked at St. Joseph's Hospital and after her marriage she and her husband farmed in the Town of McMillan. She also was a real estate broker.
Mary Ann enjoyed football, racing, the Green Bay Packers, horse racing, biking, the outdoors, exercising, nature and animals. Because she was always on the go her nickname was "hotwheels".
She is survived by her children, Gary (Peggy) Scholl, Larry (Mary Ann) Scholl, Charley (Steve Hirsch) Scholl, all of Marshfield, Jim (Debbie) Scholl of Arpin, Lori Scholl of Marshfield, Sheri (Todd) Krause and Cathy Scholl-Zygarlicke (Dan), all of Stratford. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, Gidget, Jason, Cindy, Chuck, Chad, Calley, Tiffany, Stephany, Dusty, Zachary, Jimmy, Jessica, Jacquelyn, Robert, Ryley and Ryder and 18 great grandchildren. She is also survived by 3 brothers, Tom (Marcy) Domine, Dave (Bonnie) Domine and Tim (Ruth) Domine.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband and a sister, Clara Mae.
The family will designate a memorial at a later date.
