Mary Katherine (nee Boylan) Ley, 88 of Marshfield went peacefully into eternal life on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at the House of The Dove. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. on Friday at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial with Fr. James Logan officiating will follow at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements. Mary was born on February 6, 1924 in Wauzeka, WI to Albert and Rosa (Elliot) Boylen. Mary was united in marriage to Charles F. Ley on November 29, 1947 in Eastman, WI. Mary graduated from St. Joseph's School of Nursing in 1946 and was a Mary Kay representative for 25 years. She is survived by Charles her loving husband of 64 years and their six children, Robert (Joanne) Ley of Wauconda, IL, Mary Louise (Thomas) Ewing of East Troy, David (Michele) Ley of Jackson, George (Mary) Ley of Hugo, MN, Patrick (Roberta) Ley of Marshfield and Barbara (Kurt) Angell of Plymouth, MN; 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She is further survived by a brother Bernard Boylen of Prairie du Chein and a sister Rosemary McCarthy of Wauzeka. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
