Mary was born on June 17, 1916 to Bernard and Anna Kuna in Rib Lake, WI. She met her husband Quintin while he was working at the Rib Lake Timber Company. They were married on May 9, 1936 at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church in Rib Lake. He died on January 5, 1995. After their marriage she was a long time resident of the town of Marshfield. They enjoyed fishing and spent many hours together in a boat or on the shore of a river. Mary moved to Marshfield for a couple of years before becoming a resident of Clark County Health Care Center. She was devoted to her family and a stay at home mom while the children were growing up. Later she did house cleaning in Marshfield. She was an active member and longtime member of St. Michael's PCCW. Mary was an excellent cook and baker. She used her baking and artistic skills to make wedding cakes. She was a member of the garden club for many years until her health prevented her from participating. Her floral gardens were a show case. Mary loved being with family and friends and always wanted her family together for the holidays. Mary is survived by her children, James (Carol) Eberhardy of Mosinee, Charles (Phylliss) Eberhardy of Kent, WA, Cecelia (Robert) Benz of Mosinee, Catherine (Jerold) Bonkoski of Loyal and Joan Eberhardy of Owen. She is further survived by many grand, great and great great grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband Quintin, she was preceded in death by a son Peter, and her brothers and sisters. The family requests any donations to be sent to St. Michael's Parish or the Remembrance Park at Clark County Health Care Center W4266 State Hwy 29, Owen, WI 54460.
