Marlene L. Feit, 75, Marshfield, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at Marshfield Medical Center.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Marlene was born on September 15, 1947 in Arpin to Christ and Barbara (Nimm) Jacobs Sr. She attended Wooden Echo School in Arpin. On April 22, 1972 she was united in marriage to Kenneth Feit Jr. in Auburndale.

She enjoyed working with her flower beds, helping raise beef cattle and caring for other animals on their hobby farm, but most of all, she loved being a mom and grandma and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Steve Feit, Nicole (Gerald) Feit Birkholz, and Kenneth Feit III, grandchildren, Calob Feit, Luke Feit, Jesse Birkholz, Shauna Birkholz, Selena (Jonathan) Birkholz Readinger, Trevor Feit, Austin Feit, and Dustin Feit, great granddaughter, Aubree Feit, and Godsons, David Feit Jr. and Ronald Feit.

She is further survived by her siblings, Arlene Brookhart, Richard Jacobs Sr., Kathleen (David Sr.) Feit, and Irene (Glenn) Bukovec.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Pauline Krause and Christine Pongratz, brother, Chris Jacobs Jr., brothers-in-law, Edward Brookhart and Richard Pongratz Sr., and sister-in-law, Mary Jacobs.
