Mark R. Morseth-Mayer, 71, Marshfield, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at Marshfield Medical Center.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Mark was born on February 17, 1954 in Memphis, TN to Leslie "Les" and Hilda "Sandy" (Bartz) Mayer. He graduated from Durand High School in 1972. Mark was united in marriage to Marla Morseth on June 6, 1987 in Durand, Wisconsin. He later went on to receive his bachelor's degree from Winona State University in 1990.

Mark was an avid fan of all the Wisconsin sports teams and the North Carolina Tarheels. He also enjoyed rock music, riding his motorcycle, boating, and camping.

He is survived by his wife, Marla, and daughter, Kallie (Danny) Merkt of Oconomowoc. He is further survived by his brothers, Gary (Barb) Mayer of Ocono Falls and Jon Mayer of Durand, as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Les and Sandy, and sister, Doreen Palazzi.
