Marjorie C. Henschke, 74, passed away December 31st, 2020 in Marshfield WI. Marjorie was born on January 22, 1946 in Macomb, IL, to Woodrow and Hazel (Martin) Cheesman. She was a dedicated elementary and junior high school teacher who was proud of her service to the public schools of California, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona. Marjorie was also her grandson's first, and best reading teacher. Earlier in life she was an avid California beachgoer and antique collector. After retirement, she was pleased to have the freedom to read the books she didn't have time for while she was teaching. She is survived by two very appreciative sons, Kevin (Holly) Henschke of Marshfield, WI and Matthew Henschke of Mesa, AZ. As well as her grandson, Connor Henschke. She is also survived by two sisters, Fran Burns of Colorado and Marilyn (Reese) Bevin of Albuquerque, NM and her brother, Earl (Marilyn) Whittaker of New York. She married, but later divorced. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Woodrow Cheesman II. She asked for no public services.
