Marie Stahl age 90, of Marshfield, died peacefully on Friday, February 27, 2015 at the Marshfield Care Center. Marie Was born June 14, 1924, in Nuremberg, Germany to Christian and Grete Paulus. She was married to Konrad Stahl of Stein, Germany, who preceded her in death on April 21, 2012. Konrad and Marie immigrated to United States in 1955. They resided in Queens Village, New York, and later West Babylon, New York until their retirement to Inverness, Florida in 1983. Marie was an accomplished seamstress, who sewed clothing for herself, her daughter, and her grandchildren. She was also an outstanding cook and baker, which can be attested to by her entire family. She had a great sense of humor, and was always fun to be around. Marie is survived by her daughter, Traud'l (Gerald) Krueger of Marshfield, grandson, Keith (Sally), of Ephrata, PA , granddaughter, Kristen (Jeffery) Lane of Mt. Joy , PA, grandson Jason (Tammy), of Stratford, WI and seven great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on May 9, 2015 in Inverness, Florida.
