Lucille M. "Lu" Baierl, 90, Marshfield, died on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Marshfield Medical Center. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at St. John's Catholic Church, Marshfield, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 9:30 am on Thursday until service time. Rev. Samuel Martin will officiate. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family. Lucille was born on March 23, 1927 in Chicago, to Mike and Anna (Heinzen) Milich. She was united in marriage to James D. Baierl on September 18, 1954. He died on August 9, 1991. Lu is survived by her sons, Terry (Sam) Baierl of Marshfield and Dean Baierl of Sussex. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Rhiannon, Miranda and Isaiah. She is further survived by a brother, George (Barbara) Milich and a sister-in-law, Evelyn Milich. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother, Val Milich and a sister, Shirley Barwineck. In lieu of flowers, the family will designate a memorial at a later date.
