Lou Dean L. "Jean" Mancil, 67, Marshfield, passed away on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at her home. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00 am until service time. Rev. Donn Radde will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Auburndale, at a later date. "Jean" was born on February 21, 1954 in Marshfield, to Leo C. and Julia (Weinfurter) Smazal, Sr. She was a devoted and caring wife who loved needlecraft, sewing, puzzles and animals. She married Gregory L. Mancil on December 3, 1977 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Pittsville. She is survived by her husband, Greg, two brothers Rick (Shirley) Smazal and Darrell (Marge) Smazal and two sisters, Bulinda King and Chirrie Smazal. She was preceded in death by her parents, and three brothers, Clifford, Leo and Frederick.
