Lorraine Warner, 89, died Sunday September 11, 2016 at Stoney River Memory Care in Marshfield.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 am Thursday September 22 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 10:30 until service time at the church. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Lorraine was born November 3, 1926 to George and Laura (Endvick) Murphy. She married John H. Warner May 22, 1948 in Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Chippewa Falls, WI. He sadly passed away on April 1, 2002.
Lorraine lived in Chippewa Falls and graduated from McDonell Catholic High School. After high school she worked at Northwestern Bank. She and John moved to Marshfield in 1995. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, going to their games and concerts. She loved reading, always up on the latest mystery, knitting and sewing. She & John loved to go for Sunday drives and enjoyed traveling to historical sites and visiting family in Florida and Washington.
She is survived by her children Sharon (Joseph) Daniels and John (Kelly) Warner; her grandchildren Anthony (Susanne), Laura, Allison, Erin, and Camille. She is further survived by two great grandchildren Alexandra and Mariana Daniels; a sister-in-law Carol Johnson; and a brother-in-law James (Bernice) Warner and other family.
Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a son.
