Linda L. Johnson, 71 of Marshfield died at her home on Friday, April 1, 2016. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Marshfield with Rev. Chris Schwanz officiating. Linda was born on December 3, 1944 in Baraboo to Clinton and Bernice (Ellis) Robertson. She was married to Cecil R. Sherman and later divorced, he died in April 2004. She then was united in marriage to Darrell J. Johnson on October 1, 1983 in Janesville. She was a dedicated wife who was always happy and never complained about her aches and pains. Linda was a loving mother a good friend. She is survived by her husband Darrell, children Donald R. Sherman of Beloit, Julie A. Sherman of Vesper, Richard I. Sherman of Janesville, David A. Sherman of Beloit, stepchildren Robert E. Johnson, Michelle L. Johnson and Greg A. Johnson all of Owatonna, MN and Charlene (Brian) Odafpher of Medford, MN; 8 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 step great grandchild. She is further survived by a brother Gerald (Diane) Robertson of Beloit. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter Mary Sherman and two sisters Katherine Heaberlin and Carol Harmon. Condolences may be sent online to www.rembsfh.com
