Leslie "Les" R. Davis, 80, Marshfield, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Marshfield Medical Center surrounded by family.

A memorial service will be held at Rembs Funeral Home on Saturday, May 6th at 11:00 am. Friends are welcome to gather beginning an hour prior from 10-11 at the funeral home.

Les was born on January 31, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois to Wilfred and Audrey (Bell) Davis. He graduated from Richwoods High School in Peoria, Illinois in 1961. He was united in marriage to Cheryl Knopf on November 6, 1965 in Champaign, Illinois.

Les loved fishing, hunting, and spending time at the cottage with his friends and family. He participated in Disabled Deer Hunt and Fishing Has No Boundaries. He was also an assistant Scout Master.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Cheri, sisters, Carole Bruce and Linda (Mike) Mulligan, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Timothy Davis.
