LeRoy 'Tex' Woldt, 87, of Edgar WI passed away peacefully on Friday, December 24, 2021 at the House of the Dove, Marshfield WI. As per his wishes, no memorial service will be held. LeRoy proudly served his country in the Navy. He was proud to have been enrolled and accepted in the Body Donor Program, University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. LeRoy enjoyed fishing, reading Westerns, and had many varied interests and hobbies. He was known and loved for his humor, quick wit, and readiness to help anyone. LeRoy will be missed by all who knew him. LeRoy is survived by a brother Melvin Woldt and sisters Darleen Borchardt and Valeta Burkhardt, many nieces, nephews, and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Leo and Anna and sisters Betty Metcalf and June Umnus. Thank you to Compassus and House of the Dove for providing comfort and care in his final days.
