Laurie A. Rench, 53, of Wisconsin Rapids passed away Tuesday June 20, 2023, at Marshfield Medical Center with her husband at her side.

Laurie was born September 27, 1969, in Pittsville, WI to Albert "Joe" and Doris (Grorich) Fredette.

She was a beautiful, strong, and independent woman, generous almost to a fault. Even though she deserved so much more, she never asked for more than was given, taking enough pleasure from the simple things in life to be happy and content. Laurie loved every day, cherishing the peaceful moments she could spend with family, friends, her dog Polar, enjoying gun shows with her father, as well as art, music, nature, and her garden among many other things. She had smiles for almost everybody, almost all the time.

Laurie will be dearly missed by many, including her husband Kevin, children Zachary, Sabrina, and Ashley, her parents Joe & Doris, brother Wesly, and sister Sherry. She is further survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and her brother Sam.

A Celebration of her life will be held Sunday, June 25, 2023 at 6pm at her home: 551 8th Avenue North, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54495
