Laurence R. Cutler, 64, Marshfield, passed away on November 15, 2021 at his home with his wife at his side.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Larry was born on November 9, 1957 in Benton Harbor, Michigan to Richard and Elouise (Ellis) Cutler. The family later moved to Zion, Illinois where he grew up. He had pursued a career in being language interpreter and attended college majoring in Spanish with a minor in printing. Midway through his studies he chose to become a caregiver for his ailing parents. Larry had a talent for photography and had turned that hobby into his profession. He has done photoshoots for a myriad of events over the years, Portland Fashion Week being one of the more notable ones.
He married Anita Smith on May 12, 2003 in Las Vegas. Together they lived in Minnesota, then moved to a rustic mountainside cabin near Estacada, Oregon; and in 2021 they relocated to Marshfield.
Larry is survived by his wife of 18 years Anita; sister Katherine Smith; goddaughter Guinevere Maki; godson Axel Raihl; close friends Elisha & Tom Maki; and his dog Nugget.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
