Larry E. Feltz, 69, Stratford, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Marshfield Medical Center.

A celebration of Larry's life will be held from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Friday, June 27, 2025 at Stratford Heritage Barn, 208268 State Hwy 97, Stratford. Dress is casual and food/drinks will be provided.

Larry was born December 10, 1955 in Marshfield to Metody "Ted" and Mary (Steines) Feltz. The youngest of three sons, he grew up in Stratford, WI; graduating in 1974 from the local high school. He joined the United States Air Force in 1975 and was tasked with the maintenance of department and personnel records. Larry was honorably discharged in 1976 following one year active duty. Over the next five years he attained the rank of E6 in the Air Force Reserves, finally separating in 1981. He furthered his education at NorthCentral Technical College majoring in Accounting. Larry married the former Miss Christine "Chris" Weis on April 25, 1997 in Las Vegas and together they raised a daughter: Megan.

Larry spent his life enjoying the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing with family, friends, and his beloved dogs. In the warmer months, he dedicated much of his time to gardening, often filling countless jars with homemade tomato juice, salsa, and sauce. Always willing to lend a hand, Larry frequently helped friends and family with various yard and home projects. He worked for many years as a milk-hauler for Telshow Trucking, driving routes across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois—often with his daughter Megan by his side during the summer months. Later, he also spent time working at Wausau Window and Wall as a production associate. In retirement, Larry enjoyed relaxing, watching sports, and spending quality time with those he loved most.

Larry is survived by his wife Chris Feltz of Stratford and daughter Megan (fiancé Wade Behrens) Feltz of Onalaska. He is further survived by his brothers, Ken (Bonnie) Feltz of Eau Claire and Al (Sue) Feltz of Tomahawk; and his father-in-law Clem Weis of Marshfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
