Kreg Dean Scheel, 53, of Marshfield passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, August 6th.

A Celebration of Kreg's life will be held from 12-3pm on Saturday August 31st at the Five-O-One Sports Bar & Grill in Marshfield.

Kreg was born on December 30, 1970 in Neillsville to Robert and Betty (Schlinsog) Scheel Sr.

Kreg was very involved with his brother Robert Jr and his family. He enjoyed tractor pulling, camping, and getting together with the ones he loved the most. His laugh, his jokes, and most of all his bear hugs & I Love Yous will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his brother Robert Jr. & Toni (Ellis) Scheel, and their children: Arie (Ellis-Scheel) & Tanner Haffenbredl, great nephew Robert E. Haffenbredl, Addison (Ellis-Scheel) & Anthony Peplinski, Renea (Ellis-Scheel) & Kale Schneider, and Riley Ellis-Scheel. He is also survived by Trudy (Scheel) & Mike Nimmo, Anthony & Melissa (Frederickson) Scheel, Jason & Ayla Scheel, Kyle & Katie Scheel, and Amanda (Scheel) & Jacob Salzwedel. He is further survived numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son Bryan, mother Betty K. Scheel, and his sister Tracy (Scheel) [Donald surviving] Much.
