Kenneth L. Haessly, 58 of Junction City died on Sunday afternoon, March 3, 2013 at his home under the care of Ministry Home Care Hospice. Funeral services will be 11am Friday, March 8, 2013 at Martens/Rembs Funeral Home in Junction City with Rev. Irv Volkmann officiating. Burial will be in Runkel Cemetery, town of Eau Pleine, Portage County. Visitations will be from 10am Friday until time of service at the Martens/Rembs Funeral Home. Ken was born on January 20, 1955 in Stevens Point to Harold and Mary (Hoppa) Haessly. He was united in marriage to his best friend Linda K. Pitcher on March 29, 1985 in Stevens Point. Ken had a large family and was employed as a salvage operator. He also operated the Town of Eau Pleine Recycling Program for over 12 years. He enjoyed 4-wheeling with his nieces and nephews. Ken was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Jerry. Family would like to thank Ministry Home Hospice Care and Ministry St. Michaels Hospital for the care for Ken.
