Kathryn "Jane" Mechler passed away on December 24, 2024. She was born August 24, 1930.

She is survived by daughters, Diane Debiec, Laura (David) Lipkowitz, Marabeth (Tim) Kracher; grandchildren, Matthew (Mary) Debiec, Katie (Josh) Veatch, Alexis (Adam) Barajas, Aaron (Shawnee) Lipkowitz, Timmy, Chris and Nick Kracher; great grandchildren, Riley, Erin, Peter,Jack, and Madelyn Debiec, Emilia, Andrew and Oliver Veatch, Evie, Xavier, and Lorenzo Barajas, Jake and Hannah Lipkowitz; brother William Morton and sister-in-law Sally Berliot.

Visitation Saturday January 4, 2025 9:30-10:30am and Mass of Christian Burial 10:30-11:30am at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church (chapel) 15353 Pacific Street, Omaha, NE 68154 followed by a reception in Cain Hall at the same location.

Committal services and burial will be held at 9:00am on Tuesday January 7, 2025 at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Marshfield, WI. Memorials to St. Croix Hospice, Omaha, Nebraska.
