Kathleen was born on December 30, 1942 in Milwaukee to Joseph and Rose (Di Trapani) Baudino. She was united in marriage to Louis W. "Bud" Holbrook on October 5, 1963 in Milwaukee. He sadly passed May 29, 2014.
Kathleen attended school in Milwaukee and then graduated from Bay View High. After high school she went to cosmetology school and later married her high school sweetheart Louis (Bud) Holbrook in October 1963. She worked in cosmetology for over 50 years before retiring in 2015. Kathleen's biggest passion was loving, serving and following her Lord Jesus Christ. She was a great woman of faith, a loving mother, grandmother, friend and mentor. She adored her family and had a passion for cooking. Her favorite way to spend time was with her family, around her table, sharing meals together. She was a faithful student of God's Word and enjoyed getting together with her friends to share His Word and encourage each other. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She has left a legacy that will not be forgotten.
Kathy is survived by two sons Curt (Cheryl) Holbrook of Goodrich, MI and Jay (Sarah) Holbrook of Marshfield; four grandchildren Kaitlin, Nicole, Joseph, and Charlie; and her father, Joseph Baudino.
She was preceded in death by her husband Louis, mother Rose, and her sister and her husband Carol & Timothy Battles.
Lamentations 3:22-24 Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Thy faithfulness. "The Lord is my portion." says my soul, "Therefore I hope in Him!"
